This year, one of the hottest topics that clients come see me for is weight related issues. They struggle with losing weight, they gain weight too fast and they are overwhelmed. Our body is designed to be a pure vessel of high frequency light that can read energy and respond in creative mode until the day we leave this plane of existence. There is something to the saying, “Your body is a temple”. Let’s soak in the energy of that statement for a minute. Have you ever been to a church or a temple, even a place in nature that seemed “holy” or high vibrating? There is a way we behave, with careful reverence when we are in “the presence” of these places.
Why do we not treat our physical bodies ( as well as minds, emotions and energy fields) the same way? We pump thousands of toxic chemicals into our body through the air we breathe, the water we drink, every type of food and beverage we consume and what we listen to, read and watch on TV. Can you imagine the weight of all these things in the physical cells of our body as well as our energetic bodies?
The physical weight we carry is not as much FAT, as it is WATER from our body trying to protect US from the TOXICITY that we pour and breathe into it daily. So detox is a huge key to weight release. The second area is the emotional one. We stuff and stuff our emotions til our physical body is just as toxic as our energetic one. Do your work. Your emotional work. It doesn’t matter who you do it with or what you do, as long as it heals and neutralizes the negative energy that your wounds and emotions carry. Our souls, bodies and energy fields will cooperate quickly and effortlessly if we begin to treat ourselves as the sacred “space” that we were created to be.
